I first ordered the 47x55, thinking my 7 yr old lab
Tri-pod needed lots of room. It was huge! Which is great for my son’s dog, so it got passed on to him, and I ordered my Jake a little smaller one, and he LOVES it!! He naps very comfortably , and it doesn’t slip out from under him when he wobbles around to get up. It’s been interesting watching him adjust to life as a tri-pod and his new bed sure makes a huge difference! Thank you !
My original purchase from dogbeds4less was 8 - 10 years ago.
The bed was pricier, but the quality of the foam bed was much better, and I liked that it came with the extra cover so if one needed to be washed, my dog could still use his bed.
Still using the original bed purchased when I ordered 2 more about 5 years ago.
Foam was a little less dense and the waterproof covers were different, but the price was less than before and an extra cover was still included.
My most recent purchase was for 2 more so our dogs could have beds at a family member's home when staying there.
Both the waterproof cover and the outer cover are now more heavy duty and quite nice. The foam bed is less dense and really squashes down when our 100+ lb. dogs lay on them.
I know keeping quality and value balanced can be tricky, but wish the option of a denser bed was offered, even if it were a bit pricier. Overall, still a good value and fast delivery.
My German shepherd loves this bed. At 12 years old she looks for comfort and this bed works for her.
She just loves her new Bed. Sleeps in it for hours!!
